What Scheduled P&L Does
Scheduled P&L reports email a performance summary on a recurring schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly. Each report includes revenue, cost, profit, margin, and lead counts broken down by campaign. Configure recipient lists, delivery time, and which campaigns to include.
Configuration
- Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports → Create Report.
- Set the report type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Pick delivery time (account timezone).
- Add recipients — comma-separated email addresses.
- Select campaigns to include — pick specific ones or 'All campaigns'.
- Set content options — full P&L vs summary-only, include/exclude returned leads.
- Save. First report fires at the next scheduled delivery time.
