Built for how PPL agencies actually buy Meta traffic

Bi-directional on one connector

Ad spend pipes in from Meta Ads Manager for blended CPL. CAPI events pipe out from buyer-portal status changes. One OAuth, both directions.

Server-side, iOS-resilient

Events run server-to-server with hashed PII and the saved fbclid. Ad blockers, iOS 14.5 tracking limits, and cookie expiry do not break attribution.

Optimize on accepted leads

Map LeadAccepted, LeadQualified, and LeadConverted to buyer-portal statuses. Meta retrains on real outcomes, not the cheapest possible form-fill.

True blended CPL

Meta spend and lead delivery sit in one view alongside Google and other sources, so weekly margin reporting takes minutes, not hours.

Everything in your Meta integration toolkit

One connector covers ad spend in and Conversions API events out, with no Zapier, no LeadsBridge, no custom server code.

Native bi-directional Meta integration

One connector for ad spend sync and Conversions API events. No Zapier, no LeadsBridge, no custom server code, no Meta API token to rotate manually.

Inbound ad spend sync

Daily spend pulls from the Meta Marketing API and joins to delivered leads. Blended CPL appears on the dashboard within 24 hours of the first sync.

Outbound server-side CAPI events

Lead, LeadAccepted, LeadQualified, and LeadConverted events fire on buyer-portal status changes. Custom events are supported per source.

Automatic fbclid capture

The Facebook click ID is captured at form-fill and stored on the lead, so every server event carries the match key Meta needs for attribution.

Hashed PII and advanced matching

Email, phone, and other user fields are hashed server-side per Meta spec. Advanced matching is enabled by default to lift event match quality.

EMQ score visible in product

See event match quality scores inside Lead Distro AI for every event type. Catch missing fields before Meta's algorithm degrades, not after.

Per-vertical event mapping

A legal buyer's accepted can mean retainer signed; a solar buyer's accepted can mean appointment set. Configure event mapping per source, no code.

Meta optimization by vertical

Same connector, different conversion definitions across legal, insurance, mortgage, solar, and home services.

Legal and PI

Sync MVA campaign spend in. Send LeadAccepted when the firm signs a retainer. Meta starts surfacing accident victims, not college students filling out forms.

Insurance

Send LeadConverted on bound policies. Optimize auto-insurance Facebook lead ads on cost per bound policy, not cost per quote request.

Mortgage

Send LeadQualified when the lead clears credit and income thresholds. Cut applications from sub-600 FICO clicks within two weeks of retraining.

Solar

Send LeadAccepted when the homeowner books a sales appointment. Optimize on cost per appointment, not cost per Facebook lead form submission.

Home services

Send LeadConverted when a roofing or HVAC quote is booked. Train Meta on real bookings across ZIPs, not generic form interest.

Meta CAPI integration vs. Zapier, LeadsBridge, and LeadConnector

By default, Meta optimizes Facebook lead ads on form-fills, not on revenue. The standard Meta lead ads setup tells the algorithm to find more of whatever submitted the form, with no signal about which leads were junk and which closed. Agencies are also flying blind on blended CPL, because Meta spend lives in Ads Manager, Google spend lives in Google Ads, and lead revenue lives in a CRM. A native, bi-directional Meta integration fixes both problems on one connector.

Most competitors ship outbound CAPI only. Zapier requires you to wire both directions yourself and is brittle when Meta rotates an API. LeadsBridge handles outbound CAPI well but has no concept of ad spend sync or blended CPL. LeadConnector is fine for solo agencies but limited on event mapping. Lead Distro AI is the only platform on this list with one connector that pulls spend in and pushes CAPI events out.

Features that pair with Meta Integration

Buyer-portal statuses, lead scores, and cost roll-ups all feed the same Meta connector.

Verified on G2

This software's capabilities, personalization and potential are great! We switched from LeadProsper to Lead Distro AI and never looked back. It's relatively new, and they have a roadmap in place for new features they'll be adding to the platform in the future. We sell MVA leads and the dashboard makes it very easy to understand our P&L. We can analyze performance and get AI suggestions about what to improve with our campaigns. Definitely check them out!

Meta CAPI integration FAQs

What is the Meta Conversions API?

The Meta Conversions API, also called Meta CAPI, is a server-to-server channel that lets businesses send web, app, and offline conversion events directly to Meta's servers. Unlike the Facebook Pixel, which fires from the browser and can be blocked by ad blockers, iOS 14.5 tracking restrictions, or cookie expiry, CAPI runs server-side and is significantly more resilient. Best practice is to run both the Pixel and CAPI so Meta can deduplicate events using a shared event ID.

What is the difference between Meta CAPI and the Facebook Pixel?

The Facebook Pixel runs client-side in the user's browser; Meta CAPI runs server-side from your backend. Pixel events can be lost to ad blockers, iOS privacy settings, or cookie expiry. CAPI events bypass all of that because they travel server-to-server. Best practice is to run both and let Meta deduplicate using the same event ID on the Pixel and CAPI side, which is exactly what Lead Distro AI does by default.

Does Lead Distro AI need the Facebook Pixel installed?

The Facebook Pixel is recommended for event deduplication, but it is not strictly required for Lead Distro AI's outbound server-side events to work. CAPI events fire from our servers using the fbclid, hashed email, and hashed phone collected at form-fill, so attribution still works without the Pixel. We recommend installing the Pixel on the landing page anyway so Meta can deduplicate against client-side events and your event match quality score climbs.

What is EMQ and what is a good score?

EMQ, or event match quality, is Meta's 1 to 10 score for how reliably Meta can match an event to a user. A score of 8 or higher is considered strong; below 6 means events are leaking match potential. EMQ is driven by how many user data fields you send, including email, phone, fbclid, IP, user-agent, name, ZIP, city, and country, and whether they are hashed correctly. Lead Distro AI sends every available field server-side, hashed per Meta spec.

Can I sync Meta ad spend without the CAPI?

Yes. Inbound-only is a supported mode. Connect Meta Business Manager, map ad accounts to sources, and Lead Distro AI pulls daily spend into the platform for blended CPL reporting. Outbound CAPI events stay off until you enable them. Starting with inbound only is a valid way to validate spend mapping before flipping the outbound switch.

Which buyer-portal statuses can fire CAPI events?

Out of the box: Lead on form-fill, LeadAccepted when the buyer accepts, LeadQualified when AI lead scoring or the buyer marks it qualified, and LeadConverted on a downstream conversion such as retainer signed, appointment set, or policy bound. You can also map custom statuses to custom CAPI events. The mapping is set per source so each vertical can define its own definition of a qualified or converted lead.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. The Meta integration is OAuth plus dropdown configuration. There is no code to write, no server endpoint to maintain, no Zapier workflow, and no Meta API token to rotate manually. Most agencies are fully connected and validating events in Meta Events Manager within 15 to 30 minutes.

How does this differ from LeadsBridge or LeadConnector?

LeadsBridge and LeadConnector both ship outbound CAPI features, but neither pulls Meta ad spend back into your platform for blended CPL. They are one-way connectors. Lead Distro AI is bi-directional on one connector, which means a single setup gets you blended CPL on the inbound side and accepted-lead optimization on the outbound side.
