Add Your Meta Pixel to a Funnel
Put your Meta (Facebook) pixel on a Lead Distro AI funnel and send a Lead conversion when a visitor submits, from the browser and from our server. No code to paste.
The Short Version
Open the funnel, go to Integrations > Tracking and compliance, click the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) card, and paste your Pixel ID. That is all. Lead Distro AI loads your pixel on every page of the funnel, sends a PageView, and sends your conversion event (Lead by default) the moment a visitor submits.
Setup
- In Meta Events Manager, open Data Sources and copy your pixel's ID (the long number next to its name).
- In Lead Distro AI, open the funnel and go to Integrations > Tracking and compliance.
- Click the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) card and paste the Pixel ID.
- Optional but recommended: paste a Conversions API access token (Events Manager > Settings > Generate access token). We then also send the conversion from our server, so it still counts when a browser blocks the pixel.
- Pick the conversion event (Lead, CompleteRegistration, Schedule, SubmitApplication or Contact) and save. It is live on the published funnel right away.
To check it, open the live funnel with Meta's Pixel Helper or Meta Ads Data Advisor. To see test conversions, add a Test event code from Events Manager > Test Events, submit once, then remove the code so events go to live reporting.
Do Not Paste the Pixel Code
You do not need Meta's pixel snippet in Settings > Advanced > Custom JavaScript or in the Custom Code card. The Meta card does the same job and also sends the conversion from our server, which pasted code cannot do. If you already pasted the snippet, remove it after you fill in the card, or the pixel loads twice.
Not the Same as a Source's Meta Integration
A Source's Meta Integration tab is a different feature. It tells Meta what happened to a lead later (accepted, sold, returned) so Meta can find more leads like the good ones. It does not put a pixel on your funnel. See Per-Supplier Meta Pixel Wiring.
